In the division of Research & Development (R&D), our group carries out the following servicess:
- Identify various producing biomass in the optimum conditions.
- Testing the agronomic capabilities of the chosen bioenergy plants.
- Studying how to produce bioenergy from the chosen species to demonstrate their potential.
- Testing energy crops performance on marginal or abandoned land, in order to present a sustainable and financial attractive alternative to the existing energy plants to the stake holders.
- Storm water management pond performance and maintenance.
- Groundwater sampling, modeling and management systems.
- Watershed health and stream restoration monitoring techniques.
- Remote sensing applications for flood hazard mapping.
